How to activate reverse gear with automatic shift (keyboard)?

I recently purchased F1 2019 on Steam, and as it does not come with a manual I'm running into a lot of questions. Most of them I manage to solve by myself with time, but for some things I have to ask, even if the questions might seem stupid. 

At the moment my biggest problem is - how do I use the reverse gear when playing with keyboard and having automatic shift activated? As I still spend a lot of time off the track I often find myself in front of a wall but cannot find a way to reverse and drive back onto the track.
