Lost Button 1 & 2 function (LB/RB) on PC

I suddenly lost any response from my G27 input and game would only recognize keyboard input. After deleting profile and creating new  one in Logitech Profiler, game recognizes my G27 again but has not gone back to default (CM) assignments for G27 buttons and no  LB/RB assignments at all. Have reassigned all buttons except LB/RB because these functions are not listed in the "in game" setup, so I have no way off assigning these functions to the G27 buttons 1 & 2 where they are supposed to be, consequently I cannot play this game unless I give up being able to set up my car or access session info.
