Xbox one controller bug pair with fps crash

Hi looking for help with an issue that happen very often, I'm playing on PC with an xbox one controller, It was fine at the release, but now each time I'm playing the game suddenly drop fps and the A and RT button seem stuck. The game is running at like 4 fps with my car over revving. Anyone have the same problem https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/?
