Add a report code log with session times so that we can get the codes after the game crashes

Having a report code log with session times would be great since there is currently no way to get a report code for a previous session if the game crashes, which seems to happen randomly, at least on Xbox consoles.

Since this is related to bug reporting, I'm posting it here even though it's a suggestion so that it hopefully doesn't get buried with the other hundreds of unrelated suggestions.

Would have been better in Systems and Connectivity than gameplay for obvious reasons.
