Game Crashes and Save File Lost

I got not code.

I am playing on an Xbox one.

I am on version 1.13

I was playing on My-Team

I had just completed the last race of my third season and then got to the contract negotiation, and my teammate (Danny Ric) was retiring so I went to sign someone new and it wasn't letting me so I quit to main menu and then I went back onto MyTeam and the game froze when I tried to go forward in time since I couldn't sign a new team-mate. So the game restarted and then when I loaded the game back up it reset my profile so I lost all my saves.

I tried to reload the game and couldn't find my saves anywhere.]

I was using the xbox controller.

I have no videos or that of what happened.

Can you find your save on the cloud at all? Or in the 'My Games and Apps' section?

Yeah, so I can see there are some saved data however I have no way to access it. DanielT2802 is my main account.

Same here. Xbox, 1.14. After a corrupted save attempt, game crashed, and after restart, save does not load anymore. There's a 100+ MB save in the Games&Apps.

Same problem on my side, November 30 of my 2nd season with Alfa Romeo, the game crash every time the calendar goes to 30. Nothing to do for the moment. I'm on Xbox One too.

Hi everyone,

Can users try the below. You will need Internet connectivity for this, so you can re-sync your game save from the cloud.

How to Delete Xbox One Game Data

To remove and replace corrupted game files:

  • Press the Home button on the Xbox One controller and go to My games & apps > See all > Games.
  • Highlight the game or app, then press the Home button again.
  • Choose Manage game & add-ons > Saved data.
  • Choose "Delete from Console" to remove local game data. Do NOT choose "Delete from Everywhere" as you will lose your save.
  • Restart the Xbox One and re-sync your data from the cloud.

This roundabout seems logic to work, but runs into an other error (can not sync).

Error code: 0x83860012

Yeah I tried that but I loaded up and I still have lost everything

You may have a connectivity issue here @gaszmate. Can you add a report and your connectivity settings (NAT type, Reset modem)

Yeah, you we're right, there was some probléma with my internet. Now it`s fine. The sync is finished without any bug, I accepted the user agreement and created my character. After entering the game I see my point, and I'm on Tier 14, but my save is nowhere. I think by creating a new character, I overwrote my old save. Hope no.

Same Problem here. 

Patch 1.14, xbox one

midseason 3 my team career, after resigning my teammate I quit my team and wanted to race a quick F2 Race. after qualifying it says it cannot save the game. I thought that was just the F2-Race so I clicked OK. then suddenly I had to agree to all the legal things again and the game wanted me to create my character. I quit and restarted my xbox but it didn't work.

I tried this:

  • Choose "Delete from Console" to remove local game data. Do NOT choose "Delete from Everywhere" as you will lose your save.

but it didn't work.

all the car liveries and helmets etc I earned during months of gaming are still here. but the my team career data is gone....

I would need to restore the game from saved data from yesterday... 

is there help?
