Hello team,

I just finished the F1 2020 1.14 update and then I can't launch a race. My game is crashing every time.

I have all my Nvidia pilots Updated, I have an I5 processor with 8GB of Ram memory and a RTX 2060 as graphic card so I should be able to run the game easily.

Is anyone else having the same issue ?

Help !

Hello!

I have the same problem. The game crashes at the start (when you prompt to press a key as the picture of the 4 drivers is shown). It crashes even if I ran the game with dx12 or dx11 settings. I've attached the bug report, the DxDiag report and a screenshot of the crash.

Can anyobody help?

My team season 4 in Hungary, the game crashed. Tried to reload and corrupted game save. Managed to reload but had lost 3 of my sponsors and all my acclaim points. Lap counter during practice sessions is frequently not working. Monza team objectives is to obtain fastest sector 1 & 3 which I achieved but not registered. Most of my major issues have come since 1.14 update

Remove or update the BattleEye software?

Verify Steam files.

Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml

DDU the driver (turn off dynamic resolution or display scaling) and clean install.

Pick a default sound device in Windows (and remove the webcam for testing).

Hello,

I have the same problem on PC (v1.14).

What happens: Randomly freeze during race (both online and solo), sound is keep going, force feedback on wheel keeps pulling one direction until reaches the endpoint of the wheel, then EGO dumper pops up. Occasionally the game simply freeze then exit to desktop without EGO dumper.

Moreover when crash happens during online race, it messes up the stats....
