Help! Vital Parts of Game not Working!

Hi Everyone,

I'm playing F1 2013 on PC through Steam with a new Fanatec CSR Forza wheel and pedals.  My cars can't seem to turn more than about 25-30 degrees making sharp turns almost impossible except at creeping speeds.  But the 2 bigger problems are:

1.  The game will not save my wheel setups.  I have to enter SETUP every time I start the game and redo everything.  I hit SAVE after, but no place shows where it is saved or even if it is.

2.  The biggest aggravation is I can't get the replay to work.  When I select REPLAY/FLASHBACK, the little movie control panel comes up in the lower left screen, but none of the controls work for playback.  I've pushed every button on my keyboard and wheel.  I can change camera angle, and one button takes 2 snap shots in gray, but that's it.

 Are these common bugs of the game, am I not doing something right, or is my wheel completely incompatible and causing all of the problems?  If there are updates I would think Steam would automatically incorporate them as they come out.  I already bought the game on my Steam account.  Is there another way to play it on PC?

Any and all help appreciated, because otherwise, I love the game.  Handbuilt a rock solid custom cosole to mount my wheel and pedals on, and have my simulator seat sitting on the ground at the proper F1 angle.  Yeah...I'm into it!
