Time trial not updating my personal best times

Recommended Posts

  • A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here.
  • For the past several days, whenever I set a new personal best in time trial, no matter the track or car, the game does not update my new time and continues to show my old personal best on the leaderboard and on my telemetry. Also, after setting a lap, when viewing the leaderboard from the garage, it takes substantial amount of time to load, much longer than usual. I do NOT have any mods, never have.
  • Platform:  PC-Steam
  • What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen)
  • 1.14
  • Game-mode? Time trial
  • We need to be able to make your problem happen internally so we can fix the issue. Can you make the problem happen again?
  • Yes.
  •
  • How do you make the problem happen?
  • Set a personal best at any track in time trial with any car.
  •
  • What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue
  • Tried validating install via steam, and uninstslling and reinstalling the game.
  • What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc)
  • Fanatec Podium DD1 (PS4 version) and Clubsport V3 pedals

You're not signed in to Online Services or your Steam Cloud Sync is out of whack.

I'll sign in myself in a few moments and check the TT is updating.

Thanks! I'm definitely signed in. I've done multiplayer races since the issue began, and RaceNet shows me as signed in. If it's Steam Cloud Sync, how do I get it rectified?

I will post from my gaming PC later with a suggestion.
