No(!!!) side scrolling tabs!!! Please!!!

I am writing to ask you if it is possible to eliminate the side scrolling (at the bottom of the screen) of the tabs that tell me to press F1 for the stage, event and championship rankings. They should be fixed panels on the screen and not tabs that disappear at some point. I don't have to chase or recall the panels I need on the fly!!! I find it very annoying that I have a limited number of seconds to press F1 to call up the ranking I want. Couldn't you do something like Dirt4? Thanks.
