Fix the damn multiplayer

Recommended Posts

Bought this game only to play online and I can't even join a session from the release date, this hopper system is useless and fixes for it doesn't work. For once fix multiplayer because I want to play with my friends and people around the globe, and it should be priority for all platforms.

I disagree with everyone who says they are not doing anything about it.  I get the impression there is a lot of "noise" on the forum and they are trying to work through everything but are getting a bit swamped by how much there is to do.  But I get the impression they are working flat out and are rushing patches out (speaking about PC patches) but rushing sometimes does not always have the desired effect.  The disappointing thing for me is the lack of communication.  There should be a development team leader or manager who posts on the forum what issues they are working on at that moment and ask for feedback just in that thread for them to read through.  That means they can ignore the rest of the "noise" on the forum and as they get close to fixing the code of what they are working on they can then ask in a poll what is our next most important aspect that they need to fix.
ie AI blue flag, multiplayer lag, AI OP traction, steering wheel profile / handling, etc that way none of us can complain if most people vote for the AI blue flag to be fixed first for example.  But communication is key and it just does not seem to be happening but I think they are very tight on staff and money and therefore it's very difficult.
