So you've tried:

  1.  Validating your Steam files for F1 2020.
  2.  Uninstalling and Reinstalling the program
  3.  Deleting the hardware_settings_config.xml file in Documents\My Games\F1 2020\hardwaresettings
  4.  Tried to start the game in Safemode?

It will be really appreciated if you can provide all of the exact methods of troubleshooting you have tried @Alnitsa so we can eliminate these options.
