Screen resolution not swittching in DIRT RALLY

Recommended Posts

Hello All!
I've just bought DIRT Rally yesterday and I'm experiencing an issue with the screen resolution and refreshing linked to it.
My PC: 2x Radeon 7850 Sapphire in Crossfire [2GB + 1GB], AMD FX8120, WIN 10. The screen is a Samsung Smart 4K TV.

Excerpt from hardware settings:

"<systemInfo rating="4" winMinorVersion="2" winMajorVersion="6" winPlatformID="2" totalMemory="4162460" OS="Microsoft Windows 8 (Build 9200)"/>

<cpu rating="4" avxSupported="true" sse3Supported="true" hyperThreading="false" cores="8" speed="3100" name="AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor "/>

-<graphics_card name="AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series" memory="3072" native_height="2160" native_width="3840" deviceId="0x6819" vendorId="0x1002">

(...)
-<resolution height="1080" width="1920">

<refreshRate interlaced="false" rate="25"/>

<refreshRate interlaced="false" rate="50"/>

<refreshRate interlaced="false" rate="23"/>

<refreshRate interlaced="false" rate="29"/>

<refreshRate interlaced="false" rate="59"/>

</resolution>"

I want to play the game in 1920x1080 @ 60 fps. The native windows desktop screen res is 3840x2160 @ 30 fps.

In the in game settings I have it set up to 1920x1080, auto proportions or 16:10,  59 fps, vsync on and off, and it all makes no difference, because the screen mode [after pressing info on remote] shows me that its working in 3840x2160 @ 30 fps. In other games, f.e. WRC 4, the screen res switches down to FUll HD at 60 fps when the game launches and I have no problem with frame rate, but in DIRT Rally I can't get over 30 FPS.
Is this a bug or a 'feature'? ;]
What can I do to fix this issue and get the screen res to change to 1920x1080 @ 60 fps during the race, please?
