NVIDIA driver 465.89 breaks DirectX 12 mode

1.       Since updating my NVIDIA driver to version 465.89 i cannot launch the game in DirectX 12 mode anymore
2.       What version of the game you are using? 1.17
3.       Game-mode? N/A
4.       Are you able to recreate the issue? Yes.
6.       Have you tried any troubleshooting? Downgraded the NVIDIA driver which worked.
7.       Any accessories you are using; N/A

9.        My Motherboard is: ASROCK H410M-HDV

          GPU: Asus EX-GTX1050TI-4G

Have you tried DDU the driver to install 465.89?

Also, ensure you do not let GFE 'optimise' the game settings. You may want to post back with your graphics settings. Hopefully, other 1050Ti users may share what works for them.

Also, you are running an Insider Build of Windows 10 - for stability* purposes, you should consider installing 20H2.

* - patch level QC notwithstanding.....

Yes i do run a Insider Build of windows ( i tried 20H2 on a Dualboot still no luck ) also no luck with DDU. GeForce Expierence is off. 
ive seen other people have issues with this driver and DirectX 12 games so id imagine is something on NVIDIAs end. for now i will just downgrade the driver
