The Integrale and S4 desperately needs new sounds. They both share the pathetic whine of a Toyota Yaris that has been urinated upon to feel miserable. I know the criterias you at Codemasters must meet to record the real deal, but a better substitute until then would be swell. Something that growls, like these cars actually did. :)

Can you elaborate? I'd be really curious to know. I got the impression from reading about the Forza games that Turn 10 won't add a car unless they can get their hands on the real thing (though that could be part spin, part misremembering).

Let me that turn into my Wednesday wish too: new feature—a making-of video! I'd love to see a comprehensive look at how the cars, tracks, and physics of Dirt Rally are brought to life at Codemasters, from the real things to the screen.

More realistic time-gaps between AI-drivers. If you are two minutes after the first place on a stage that is four minutes then you should not be able to get top five as it is now. 30 seconds betweem first and last place is more realistic on a stage that is four minutes long.

I wish this could be done. The sound of the S4 with compressor + turbo revving up sound like a God talking.

Ability to clutch when using sequential gearing. I'm so sick of bogging down out of hairpins, and in other situations where a quick stab on the clutch would get my revs up again.

Well, replay overhaul. RX is almost perfect replay wise, but we are many that want more trackside cams out on the stages!

As a real rally, CMR and DiRT series fan, I also wish the whole replay with full trackside cameras &  helicopter camera (Helicam). :)

1) Find authentic cars (preferably with a pedigree).

2) Car is in good running order and not a museum piece.

3) Owner is willing to transport to a location suitable for recording in the specific manner we need.

4) Owner is willing to do this at a price which does not wipe out the entire budget of the game.

As soon as we find them, we will record. Same for some other cars we have yet to source.

Slow cars are fun Mr. Cameraman. You can pull all sorts of crazy manouvres in them and get away with it. :smiley: I'd especially love to see a Volvo Amazon.

To be honest I think it would be better to look at some ERC rallies as well instead of always the same WRC ones, every other rally game adds them too.
ERC rallies have never been in games so far so that would make this game even more great and more unique compared to other (to be released) games.

• Graphics toggle to disable Motion Blur, and only Motion Blur.
• A way for people to access the dev build camera tools. It can be frustrating watching official trailers and screenshots with all kinds of cool angles that can't be recreated or surpassed in the release build. Doesn't have to be polished with a slick interface, just something that can be accessed if you're dedicated enough.
  It's all just console commands in games like Skyrim or Mass Effect, but the results can be epic.
