Sudden account vanishing?

Hi, my original account became unusable in this forum about 3 weeks ago. My threads vanished and I could no longer log in. I did not get any notification that I had been banned, and I could continue to use that account for RaceNet. I sent a request to the support on August 8th, but it´s been 18 days since then and I still don´t have  a reply. Does anybody know this problem or how to fix it? If you really care about involving the community as much as you state (and for now, I´m very willing to believe that; at least you´re far better than other 'Community Assisted Racing Simulations' in that aspect), why don´t you make sure everyone can make his or her voice heard?
