Terrible perfomance after windows 10 update

Hello Codies,

I have some really bad performance in windows 10.  System specs are 

- 3770k OC 4.5
- 8 Gb ram
- EVGA 780 TI

Every last bit of all my drivers are installed and up to date.  Before windows 10 installation I was getting nearly 120+ FPS on ultra settings blend mode turned off.  Could somebody please help me, I been wanting to play this since all the new content, and I can't with windows 10.

Also during the menus, i come into the game at arond 300 fps and then is slowly drops down to below 20 on menus and its sluggish.
