Dirt Rally - Any PSD Skin Templates?

I was thinking/wondering/hoping, are there any .psd skin template files available for DiRT Rally?
Yes, I know you can extract the dds files and use those, but I was thinking more along the lines of what Race 07 offered, there was a folder with template files including wire-frames and limited parts layers to aid with skin/livery creation/customization.
After 8 years I've not come across a games skinning process that matches the simplicity and unlimited-ness of  Race 07's; it even included custom race suits and helmets per skin! AND custom skins don't overwrite existing AND AI vehicles also use your custom skins!

So, anyone know of any template files available? and CM, are there plans to expand the skinning capabilities of this game?

Live for Speed. In any case it seems like codemasters is a little anti-modding, so the best you can do is download Gimp and some other software which name eludes me.currently, not a bad solution, but if you want .psd you might be able to use the ego .dds converter to gimp to photoshop or krita.

Thanks for the reply, that's not quite what I meant though.
I currently use Photoshop with Nvidias .dds plug-in, so opening and editing the files isn't to difficult. 
the problem with the .dds' is that the files require a little backwards engineering to figure car parts out a line things up
SimBin (Race 07 creators) had a folder of templates with helpful labels and wireframes.
It seems you're probably right though, just CM being anti-modding

For the brief period I looked at it, the files are relatively clear, to me at least, Then again I'm used to 3D modelling and cramming as much texture into one image as possible. If you want wireframe your going to have to do some trial and error to figure out what affects what. I do random solid colors on each body panel, then check the game. A little time consuming BUT Codemasters should have a pretty set way to making the textures, so once you figure it out they should all be amount the same.
