thomasmojo1
1. A description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. The brake defaults to 100% even without touching the pedal. This goes for both Logitech G29, Nintendo controller, and keyboard. All of those options work on F1 2019. 2. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.04 3. Game-mode? Every Game-mode in F1 2021 4. Are you able to recreate the issue? If so, please include recreation steps on how you encountered this issue. I have restartet the game, the controller and my pc several times but the problem is still present. 5. How often do you see this problem? Is it the only time or does it always happen? It always happens 6. Have you tried any troubleshooting? We recommend the steps here as a starting point for any issues. Please let us know what troubleshooting methods you have tried while creating this post. Try setting brake dead zone at 15 .....if it still on then add more , if you get to 100 and its still on you can try pulling apart your pedals and changing the position that the gears are meshed between the pedal arm and the potentiometer and see if that solves the problem. thomasmojo1
I did find a solution to my problem. I just binded the brake input to a different button. (I binded the brake input to a key on my keyboard, and then binded it back to the original key. And that solved my brake 100% on at all times problem. And of course im not using a keyboard to play F1 2021 with, but even though i changed the brake input on my keyboard and not my logitech wheel, which i use to play with, it stilled fixed the problem. So i dont think it matters how you change the brake input just change it, and hopefully that solves it, if so, change the input back to your orignal braking input. And then hopefully you can play the game with your wheel and pedals.)

Dboy1517
Installing Project Cars 2 causes the registry entry for G29 to be overwritten, causing issues like the one you described. In my case the clutch and accelerator pedals were switched. Search Codemasters Community forum for "F1 2018 [PC] Logitech G29 Massive Issues" which will provide instructions on how to correct the registry entry if it has been overwritten. Good luck.
