New to serious Sim Racing

Recommended Posts

Happy Wednesday folks!

Ty here, new to the forum, and new to taking my F1 racing more seriously. Up until now, have been just leaving the assists on, and enjoying the drive. Recently picked up a wheel, and some telemetry software to track/improve.

I'm curious though, any helpful insights to identify issues in the telemetry?

I tracked my lap against the next rival in time trials. I noticed a few things, I feather brake pressure more (regularly hit between 60-80%), but the faster times, all peak at 100%. Should I be trying to a) tune the setups and b) peak the break pressure to 100%, or is feathering a valid approach?

Any other key things to look for, as a start to the deciphering of telemetry data?

Thanks everyone!
