What are your real cars?

Recommended Posts

I think this was a thread on here a few months ago, but hey, why not bring it up again? Let's make a post talking about our own personal cars, and cars we wish we had.

Most of the time I drive this 2013 Hyundai HB20S

Sometimes a 2006 Volkswagen Fox (not this one, but really close)

And very rarely a 2000 Chevrolet Astra Millenium Sedan (also not this one, but same model color and rims)

Reliant Robin.

Can't wait till they put it in the game!
Same here, just wish they released them in America, but by this point they would all have V8s in them.

Now, I can't confirm, but my dad said he saw a Miata get rear ended at 20 mph and the entire rear of the car was basically gone.

This is also not my car but the same model, colour & wheels :)
How do you feel about that Golf? All I could afford was the really crappy old ones.

Peugeot 206 1.6 with cold air intake, catback exhaust and coilovers. Nice car to drive every day, could be more powerful though

It is a remarkable all round compact family car that turns into a 300bhp 4WD hot hatch when you want it. It has to perform practical (boring!) duties a lot of the time so fits the bill. That said it is so competent at being a "normal" docile Golf that it won't appeal so much to those looking for a more overt hot hatch or sports saloon IMHO. As good as it is those looking for a raw rorty experience may simply find the Golf R too refined if that makes sense.

One of these, in dark green, 1.6 litres, 105hp:

It's almost like the Manta 400. Almost.
Do you believe that Chevrolet brought those to Brazil and had the balls to name it Vectra GT?? Billed as premium compacts, of course...

Them manufacturers sh*t all over our heads  :(

I didn't know that, but it's hardly surprising, that's the usual GM strategy. They say Opel has one big problem, and that is GM.

hey guys how to upload a photo like you do here.. ic an not get it work..:(
Over the comment box is that sheet of paper icon, where you can enter an image URL. I don't think you can upload your own pics to the forum, but you can use an image host like postimg.org to upload your pic and then use the image URL icon.

Pleased to see an Opel Kadett GT/E added to DIRT Rally. Takes me back a few years! This was mine in 1985

What rally is this? I can't read the number.

Couldn't afford a Hawk Stratos, or to wreck a car for that matter, so for my offroading I settled for a Sherco 2.9
Note the melted marshmallows and skid marks across the windshield and hood. Hotwheels scratches across the doors. Also note the missing front fender on the bike, complements of my excited 3 year-old seeing a moto for the first time.

My friend was showing me his Porsche 912 in good condition. When glancing at the hood, we found that his granddaughters had inscribed stick figures on the paint. Ah well, said my friend.

I've gone for probably the best and purest hot hatch to date: Ford Fiesta ST.
I enjoy every single second driving it. Turning off the traction control and having some fun along the way. If you drive a bit too fast on roundabouts, the back steps out yet it's so easy to control so nothing goes horribly wrong.
I did testdrives with the 208 GTI and the Clio RS but none of those came close to the Fiesta ST.
