my "friends leaderboard" is empty

HI, I am playing with my friend F1 2019, 2020 via Steam (PC) and I cant see his times in my Friends Leaderboard..it is completely empty.

Wasn't this issue still fixed?

Or should I do some trick? Thank you for any advice

.....I would like to setup him as GHOST and beat him. :)
