Hi,

Thanks for reporting your issue. However, we do need a complete bug report to gain all the details needed to replicate and troubleshoot your issue. Please copy and paste the template from the below and fill in the answers.

Providing this information is vital for Codemasters to be able to investigate, replicate and hopefully solve your issue. Without this, we don't have the necessary information to replicate and diagnose the issue.

I have just set up my Thrustmaster SF1000 & TS-XW base and went to log into game to play and coming up with an error  

  • Report Code

Error code: 2338576514:317021268:1242801013:S

  • Platform?

Xbox

  • Game-mode?

any

  • [ONLINE] The amount of players in your session? If you know the players forum username, please tag as many people who were in your session here.

can’t get online

  • [ONLINE] Were you the host?

can’t get online

  • What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you tried.

restarting game and updating firmware on wheel/base

  • Any screenshots or video of the issue?

  • Remember to add as unlisted if video via a third party. 
  • How do you make the problem happen? Please add a step-by-step guide here so we can replicate and get reported as quick as possible.

just log into game with wheel attached.

Does the game work when you don't have the wheel connected? Does this happen everytime? 

Please can you check your online settings, as it may be this? NAT type? Firewall? Potentially you may need to open up some ports to enable online play; how to do so is here Connection Issues Troubleshooting - Troubleshooting - Codemasters Community

@BarryBL still not working when I have a controller connected instead. 

 

Ive also asked someone in my league to check and they are getting the same error message. 

I’ve also checked the network setting and there are no issues with my connection etc

What have you checked @McGurk14? Can you be more specific? If you cant connect to the Online Services, I'm pretty confident you may have something blocking your connections. Please answer the above questions, as well as what ports you have forwarded.

You may need to bypass the game on your Firewall if set to default. Also, what version of the game are you on? Does Single player (Career/MyTeam) work okay? Does Time Trail allow you to upload times to Leaderboards.

I have the same issue, was working perfectly fine last night. 

Loaded the game the this morning and get this issue straight away. Won't load any menu screens etc, have checked all the above suggestions and still not working. 

Edit: Forgot to include on Xbox One.
