Precise stutter - all stages/settings.

Do you have Windows 10 x64 Updates, (KB3105210) and (KB3106932) installed?

These windows fixed the stutter and error 41 for Raffi who is using: Intel i7 5930k, Asus Rampage V Extreme, 16 GB DDR4, 2x GTX 780 in SLI, Nvidia Driver 358.50, Windows 10 64bit

Regarding the saved controls preset always empty, this is fixed for Modern Masters 0.9. The settings were saved in memory but not to disk.

sorry for my harsh reaction!(but when you have tried everything -with no positive result- then  .............)

Oh. My. God. 
It got worse. 
I didn't think it was possible. It now stutters AND lags, getting quickly and steadily worse the longer the game is on (about four minutes in it's completely impossible to play, and navigating the menu is hard). 
Thought this update might fix it, but dear god it only made it worse. Meanwhile, Project CARS is quickly fixing all their problems. I think I'll spend some quality time over there. 

PS - got a G27. Force feedback settings don't change with the in game settings. 10% == 100=%. And it's extremely sensitive, not sure what's up with that. 180° of rotation is pretty sad.

You need to go into "Logitech Profiler" and change the degrees of steering etc.
Ask someone in the forum with a good profiler setup for the G27 - there's many ppl in here using that wheel.

Yeah, figured that out. Still jumps from side to side impossibly though. Although the game is, for the moment, fairly unplayable.

Completely unplayable. Lags on all settings, plus the stutter. Not going to log a single minute until it's fixed or I'm given directions to fix it. I'd love to play the game but it's just a miserable, impossible experience right now.
