Moderator MBKF1 Posted October 29, 2015 Moderator Share Posted October 29, 2015 What game are you having trouble with, F1 2015? If it is then I'll move this to the F1 Technical Assistance forum, you'll probably get more help there rather than in Off-Topic.
mhicks
Yes it is on f12015 but seen other people say it has happened to them on different games. So I think it's either wheel or ps4 related.

Codemasters Staff Lozzy Posted November 2, 2015 Codemasters Staff Share Posted November 2, 2015 @mhicks which platform are you playing on? PC, PS4 or Xbox One? Do you have any problems in other games? Have you tried a different USB port to connect the wheel to? Do you have any other devices connected that you don't need? You could try unplugging those. Yes I have tried different USB ports and have no other devices plugged in. Codemasters Staff Lozzy Posted November 3, 2015 Codemasters Staff Share Posted November 3, 2015 That it happens on other games suggests a hardware or driver issue. Please update me when you have some news.
mhicks
So my girlfriend took the wheel back in and they tested it and found it did have a fault and gave me a new one. I just hope it dosent happen again. Sorry I couldn't get any more info on what the reason was for the fault.
