LOD settings with high end PC? Car in front detail switching all the time!

I have noticed the level of detail on cars in front keeps switching to low despite me having every setting on ULTRA or HIGH.

I am running an RX 6800XT LC OC liquid cooled VGA card so it shoul be OK.. Is there a setting or file I can edit to make the LOD further away or stop the level of detail switching out so many times even when the cars are not too far away from me?
