[PC]- EGO Dumper - Crashing at startup

It crashes at startup every time, since one month more or less, reporting with EGO Dumper (zip attached).
Dxdiag report attached too.

3.       Game-mode?

N/A (it won't even start)

4.       Are you able to recreate the issue? If so, please include recreation steps on how you encountered this issue.

Every time at startup, right after clicking start button.

5.       How often do you see this problem? Is it the only time or does it always happen?

Every time

Steam Integrity files verify
