Maybe actually filling in the bug report might help. You can see your responses give nothing so you waste only your own time.

Have you just purchased the game? Please check the below and complete all troubleshooting:

PC Troubleshooting Information - Troubleshooting - Codemasters Community

Posting a DXDiag and a video of where your game is crashing will help.

Play it since release. Game is crashing at the moment that it is loading. Nothing is showing up but fine. 99% of the Playerbase have this problems after the 1.13 Update. Steam Community is full of this.

Some initial troubleshooting:

  • Close Discord. Has been reported by others as sometimes being problematic.
  • Verify the integrity of your Steam files.
  • Remove mods if you have any.
  • Use Geforce Experience to optimise your settings.
  • In your hardware_settings_xml file, change set Asynchronous Compute= false

Did that allready and nothing worked. GeForce Experience destroyed all settings.

Specifying this in the bug report would've really helped out there, can you please attach your hardware.settings.xml file then so we can check. Any crash dumps as well?

Also, please specify as 'destroyed all settings' is heavily unlikely. Details and specifics will be really helpful and appreciated, and will help us in identifying the right troubleshooting to try. Also, listing ALL you've tried will be of assistance.

How to find a crash dump

·         Browse to the folder where you have Steam installed, usually this will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

·         C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\1040617205\1134570\remote

·         You should find a file named something like crash_dump#76561198061784954.zip

·         Make sure you add this to your completed bug report

How to find your DXDiag

·         Press the [Windows]+[R] keys on your keyboard to bring up the Run command.

·         In the "Run" command box, type in dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.

·         Click on "Save all Information."

·         Make sure you add this to your completed bug report

How to find your in-game hardware settings file

·         Browse to your hard drive where windows in installed

·         Browse to "...\Documents\My Games\F1 2021\"

·         Right click on the hardwaresettings folder select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder

·         Make sure you add this to your completed bug report
