[BUG] animation error concerning the speedometer of in-car view of the Lancer Evo X R4

Same problem as the Lancia Stratos

Basically the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X have a speedometer that is noted in KM/h (which is a bit normal, except for the Veyron I don't know of any car that use a speedo that can go up to 300 MPH), but the damn thing act like a MPH speedo (if the indicated speed is 100 KM/H on the HUD, it will be at 60 on the in-car speedometer)
