[BUG?] Car perfomance different in Custom Event vs. League Event

So, to make it short, same car, default setup, not unlocked in career, no upgrades or something, everything default.
In Custom Event always faster than in League events, where it performs approx. 3-4 seconds slower in sprint stages.

Why is that so?

Do you know some more info about that?
Will this be an option when creating Seasons or will it be as new default?
What about repairing, does the number and quality of engineers in Career also has the influence in Leagues and other Events?

I just asked the same questions a few days ago. Actually, we dont know anymore.

One thing is sure, on league config admins will be able to select fully upgraded cars or users status.

About services areas+engineers its not clear yet.

This whole 'car upgrade' carry-on is really starting to irritate me.  
It takes you a while to earn credits to buy the car, you get it and its an unrealistically slow. incapable, fat car, that you then have to spend a life-time, driving through pointless repetitive rallies (that you cant win) to unlock upgrades, to start actually using it competitively in championship or dailys...  If you by-pass that, you spend your time aimlessly racing yourself in Custom :(

Its becoming a full-time job, rather than a pick-up-and-play game!
