F1 2015 Setup not loading

So I'm facing the following issue;

So I select my Setup which I want to use. But then I go to the track it is clearly not my Setup. In fact I'm pretty sure that the game gives me the standard Setup with 6/6 wings. 
This happens in every gamemode, offline and online, with the patch and without it. I already deleted the game and the save files several times in hope it would fix it. But it didn't.

This makes league racing not possible. At least not in a fun and competitive way. So if anyone here knows the issue or got it himself or has an idea to fix it I would be really pleased and thankful. I would even take a workaround as a solution so im already kinda desperated.

Sounds like a very strange issue but have you tried running as administrator
