It's not "mine". It's every forumers league ;)

@Snaky115 Holy crap, this was a close one. I completely messed up the 6th stage where I lost over 19 seconds to you which put me just under 6 seconds behind you in total. Then on the 7th stage I regained most and 8th happened. I slipped down the hill near the start, lost 12 seconds, thought to myself "welp, it's over, may as well just go for it and hope I won't fail". And... I didn't fail xD I scored a time 5 seconds worse than my PB so far, which is 42nd time on that stage overall. Put me over 7 seconds ahead of you, so I assume you had an adventure on that stage as well. But damn, I would've went below 6:30 if it weren't for that one mistake.
This was a really thrilling session I have to say. Driving the 037 alone is a challenge, but knowing you have no restarts AND you're competing against actual human beings (if someone here is not a human being, please excuse my rudeness xD ) made it so much more, that I not only had my hands full, but also pants :D

Now, to see how much I'll lose to the winner of the first event xD

BTW, not sure if we can change cars for the next events, but maybe as a gentleman rule, once we choose a car we stick with it to the end of the season?

I had an aprox 20 second loss on final stage, right after the first split ended - just unlucky bump bounce into the abyss, recovered the car as quickly as possible and FLOORED IT. Well done, i wouldve been along the notes of 6m 35s myself for the final one.

Literally the same thing as me. After first split, the bounce of abyss happened and 15 seconds said "bye bye".

Hah! So weird, its a surprisingly common spot for me, just a bad hug to prevent myself sliding off, end up bumping myself from the inside to the outside abyss.

I don't bounce off, more like aim perfectly and then the car on the bounce says "nope, we're gonna fly this time" xD

You lot make it sound like a lot of fun, so I'll sign up for this.
And there goes my first place. Or anyone's 1st place in fact xD Well, good to have you onboard :D
hmm, I must say your car choice is simply inspired. Inspired, I can only assume, by heavy narcotics use.
I can't help but think that your reaction to the car list made Porkhammer more interested in this League xD And yes, the car choice was inspired by a heavy use of the narcotic known as racing ;) And masochism xD

Well, by the end of that I didn't 100% hate the metro, so clearly something has broken inside my brain. Getting used to new pedals, and for some reason dirt likes making the brake pedal vibrate... it's really annoying and I can't figure out how to turn it off. I wish I hadn't bought the pleasure model now.

I don't even own the metro, so I went in with no upgrades, the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car and completely cold, just tried to keep it clean.
The car choices are really crippling me so I might sit out some of the next events (; Just wanted to give it a go in Greece since I feel at home there^^

Bye bye Greece, it's been emotional.

Punctured, kept going. Tyre came off rim at the cliff of death handily enough.

I hate Greece...  I was semi-enjoying it up til that point too!  Hard to judge the width of the car on it

The correct side of the car you mean.
no I mean the right side of the car :D

Actually dude, we do.

Ever seen a cowboy movie with a stage coach in it? Where was the shotgunner sat? On the left. Which means the driver was sat on the right. Making the stage coach RHD. Google stage coach if you don't believe me.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-_and_left-hand_traffic#United_States

"Early American motor vehicles were right-hand drive, following the practice established by horse-drawn buggies. This changed in the early years of the 20th century: Ford changed to LHD production in 1908 with the Model T,[199] and Cadillac in 1916. Today, US motor vehicles are LHD, except postal mail vehicles"
.
So, if stage coaches were RHD, who else travelled on the left hand side of the road?

Ancient Rome, Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, most of Ancient Europe did.

Right up until this man

Ordered his troops to travel on the right hand of the road no matter which country they were in, and then sent them to conquer mainland Europe. This forced all people in the lands the French conquered to travel on the right side of the road, cars that travel on the right side of the road are of course LHD.

So, if left lane travel, which creates RHD vehicles, has been around for thousands of years and left lane travel has only been around for a couple of hundred years, which is the correct side?

The one that sticks to the right side of the road *runs away*
