Not a worry for me, you'll adapt to how the internet truly thinks eventually. As in... STOP GIVING A SHIT.

Anyway, yay, i actually like Porky's Manta/Finland setup, i hope to not crash for at least the first 12 minutes when that comes.

Did a run to get a setup for the Quattro in Finland ahead of the next event... Oh boy do I have a big storm coming. I might not finish any events this time around. I'll just play it safe I guess.
I have a setup for Finland that I can post on Workshop if you want. It's most likely not perfect, but definitely better than default.

Well I've calmed down so I can report now.

Shakedown 1st (getting grasp with the car) [do you see that UFO??]:

Next shakedowns, trying some more harder suspension settings at the crest/jump:

First stage

one roll, overall 5th so not bad for not driving for a few days at least (deadline burning my ass at the end of this month).

That was the end of screenshots to prevent losing rhytm.

2nd stage:

Tried to repeat in my head one sentence - don't push, keep it steady it's group B when something seems not fast it really is. Result - advanced to 2nd place in overall classification.

3rd stage:

Whole stage great driving - like a natural! 3 serious last corners - 3 fu*** ups! I've lost like 20 seconds there. Down to 5th.

If you have strong nerves or a good sense of humour, expand boxes below:

4th stage: bad.
5th: even worse.
6th: alt+f4.

Well, barely survived first stage, according to the service menu. One long stage - 20% suspension damage? Alright... This wont go too nicely, then.

Doesn't sound good. If the tank (aka Manta) takes this kind of damage, the RS200 will be worse. I'm going to try to be super careful this time, in order to survive.

Well.. after that one i did manage to lose only 20% damage in the next three stages until the next Service Area. Not too bad, but i was godawful slow.

Also speaking of TANK... this happened on final stage.

Surprisingly, no damage!

Welp, this went... not as bad as I would've thought. In fact, it went worse and better at the same time xD

Most of the stages were basically going carefully and letting off the throttle on basically all jumps. I always hit a tree on the stage right before the service stage (1st, 4th and 7th) but generally the runs were rather clean Got a PB on Pitkajarvi even, which is on Overcast condition o.O. On 2nd stage though, this happened:

Same thing happened also on the last stage (in a different spot naturally). But that time the "fans" decide to take away my wheel for "helping me". Fans my !$#

I really really really tried to finish this, but alas...

SS1: Very conservative

SS2: Puncture in mid stage, finished on the rim

SS3: Took out some spectators

SS4: Hit a pole.

SS5: It was dark. Nuff said.

SS6: Two punctures shortly after another, in the middle of the stage. Retired.

If someone finds my concentration, please beat it up severely for leaving me on my own.

So nice event and on Hamelahti that right square where a lot of spectators are went too wide...scratched the side of the car and got puncture. Effect? Two rear punctures for whole Hamelahti. Down to last from first. I'm not going to continue.

@RyuMakkuro Hey, i've probably asked this before, but what recording software are you using?  I'm trying to find a good/cheap solution as someone who doesn't have an NVidia card.

I use Dxtory with those settings:

Then I edit with Adobe Premiere and render with Adobe Media Encoder and re-render with Handbrake for upload ready file. Settings for those I taken from here:

Also keep in mind, that YouTube videos have best quality once they are transcoded into VP9 format. Firefox DOES NOT support it, so if you're watching on FF you're going to have worse quality. If you want to check if your browser supports that format, go here: youtube.com/html5

Thanks, @RyuMakkuro ! :)  I keep hearing Dxtory come up, how is it for system utilisation?  Whilst i don't really expect to do anything live, i don't want it killing my replay performance.

Anyway, i'll check it out, i've seen JF post about it before, but i want to say what i remember was it was better for compatibility, but took more resources or something?

Next to Shadowplay, this is as light as it gets when it comes to recording performance. It does require a lot of HDD space though, not as much as Fraps though. But 1080p60 vid will be about 13GB for 7m30s clip on Sweden, like this one (not quality, type of content is what I mean ;) ) :

It's basically not far from lossless quality. Naturally, if you want strictly a replay to record and then throw it on YT directly, you can go straight from Dxtory file into Handbrake and then YouTube. Rendering takes me about two times the length of a video on an overclocked i5-3570k with Handbrake.

@F2CMaDMaXX Though a note. The only versions of Dxtory that are compatible with DR are 2.0.122 and 2.0.128. Keep that in mind.

Thank you, looks like i might just have to suck up the ~$30 and grab it, thanks for that last note, i'm assuming there is a short version history on the dev site for those presumably older versions?

You can always torrent older version and use the license key on it as well. License key works on all versions. And it's 2.0.128 not 126. Small typo. Basically it's the latest stable release: http://exkode.com/dxtory-downloads-en.html

Oh well that makes it easier, and, wow, the latest stable release is 2014! lol.
The "unstable" are being released, but then again, there's not much they can improve tbh. Program is epic already it can be used for streaming as well if setup properly. The only thing they could ask is FPS benchmarking and then Fraps would become completely obsolete. Fraps development for exampled has stopped completely development since February 2013.
I really like Dxtory for the fact it's simple, gives really nice FPS counter, insanely quick screenshots (you don't get the "screen freeze" like with Fraps) and you can set as many audio channels as you want for separate audio tracks. You know, game sounds, music, voice chat, microphone, all on different tracks if you so desire. Really useful stuff.

This was a weird one. Think I found a good setup for the quattro, for even though I went off twice on SS1 I was 6 seconds behind.
The rest of the stages were pretty much the same, good speed for the most part but combined with some spins and offs (none were too damaging, think I managed to get just 2 punctures for the whole event luckily).

That was fast. Right by the end of 1st stage I ran into a tree resulting in terminal damage on my first mistake.
Possible solution: uninstall Dirt Rally

Yeah, got about 12 seconds into the 2nd stage.  Went light on a jump and took a telegraph pole out of the ground! Game Over! :p

I was really cautious when driving through Finland, because the Audi seems to have a wish to randomly go wide when there's no need to. Still managed to get a puncture on the fourth stage but that was the only mistake I made. I'm happy with everything else, can't wait for Germany. B)

EDIT: I'll add some pictures I managed to capture while going through the stages.
