pls remove times by [MM] SoCoM . something is not right 25-30 secs quicker than people who are the best in the world. i have mentioned this already to devs yet his times are still on leader boards even though they are not legit.

rally driver or not you are not possibly that much different. pls sort this.

he has times in R4 wales maybe others.

Yes it's December and yes Christmas is coming, but some of these things have been talked about for months, in relation to the leagues. That and the current issues with leagues (which didn't exist until 1.0) renders them somewhat redundant.

umm why did the anti lag sounds get removed with no prior notice or consideration? and the bushes are still indestructible. also permaban http://steamcommunity.com/id/sethioz creator of many trainers

ALS was tweaked, relevant volumes were corrected, cars which don't exhibit the sound as much had it tweaked etc etc.

However, there may still also be a bug where some cars don't play the sound/lose the sound after starting the stage playing it.

I would love....:

-See my name at the window of the car! 
-Having a "hot seat" game mode to challenge my mates when they came to visit.
-Having a more complex and better co driver in spanish, like it is in english. Listen the damage of the car I've done, something about a crash or some like that.
-More statistics! See the all time record of any stage with any car, could be great to challenge myself, even could work as another game mode.
-Haven't see many animals out there in the last days... Should be nice to get it back :hushed: 

Will try that lessons to co-driver, he was lost in every Germany stage ;)

About statistics, one thing I liked in CMR4 and 2005, was that they showed the top and average speeds after a run

What is the problem you are having? I have drivers from all over the world competing in my league without issue.

- head lights still reflect a lot on the ground in daylight in an unnatural way.
- At night in Sweden, the tree shadows is shown in cloudy weather.
- Lights/wipers dont work before you start the stage.
- WRC cars sound is near perfect imo, the R4 like the Evo X may need some higher and more frequent ALS popple sound if thats possible? (if that type of sound can be "individual" by car)
- I get some late graphic update/flickering on trees in Finland,Sweden and Wales. Got this issue after v1.0. (sorry,cant find the right words for this issue)
- Co-driver voice is to low still

But overall, a great update! And awesome to see that the AI in RX now has a driver and a cockpit! :)

Nah, not really. Worked just fine in loads of earlier games. Even 4-player splitscreen in V-Rally 2 (Dreamcast) and Colin McRae Rally 04/2005.
It's a different kind of experience though. Proper seat of your pants stuff.

I remember playing splitscreen with my brothers in the first Colin McRae Rally game - on the same keyboard. Best part was that if we were holding down too many keys simultaneously, the keyboard would ignore the keystrokes and the PC would go like "BEEEEEEEEP" so there was lots of arguing! :D Good times!

There is a bug since 1.02. At the end of a custom championships event, you get charged 0 CR for repairs. Seen it in 6 events with the Stratos, 4 so far with the Audi. According to Steam thread it also occurs in regular championships.

Haha, same keyboard! Thats hilarious! "Stop pressing so many keys motherf*cker!"

You guys were obviously dedicated, but you had to be back then with such shitty options available with racing games. CM1 was one of the best games I had ever played up until that point and I remember how excited and impressed I was when I first played it, it was like a whole new world had opened up to me and that is where my desire to know more about this strange sport of Rallying began.

I still sometimes get those beeps when I play Pro Pinball Timeshock on my PC!

This might be a stupid question, but i will ask it because i have not found answer to it yet. 
Do you have to buy DR again if you want updates post 1.0 ?

Atleast in my game it shows V 1.0 not V 1.02
I'm interest about possible buq fixes that might help me with my frame drop (memory leak) issues which only happen when i use my wheel.

No you not have to purchase again, check your steam updates, it should have updated you to 1.02 already.

At the end of Elgsjon the co-driver switched from Ita to Eng.

I don't know if it happens in the other stages since I was only testing the "feeling" with the Ita co-driver, now I'll switch back to the Eng one... It's more clear.

P.S.: changing the old GTX460 with a GTX960 made this sim extremely funny!

There are still co-drivers issues, in the italian language the voice changes at the start of the race and immediatly before the end in almost all stages
