More informative weather forecast for F1 2016

Recommended Posts

It would be great to be able to see the forecast for the entire race weekend. Are there (or could there be) any plans to implement this into the next game? Running a dry set up in practice and qualifying only for a surprise wet race day certainly isn't fun.

they said they kinda forgot about the chance of rain/forecast stuff for the other sessions, it should be back in the next game, they have said they can no put it into 2015

Nothing beats setting up your car during sunny conditions for FP1,2,3, qualify in sunny and then heavy rain for race.  Didn't even have a chance to test a wet weather setup...oops.  I really do wonder how that got past Codemaster.

apparently the guy just forgot to include it on the race monitor screen. what a joke...
Apparently he's not around to fix it. I assume they'll find him before next year's launch.

Whoever said it's the guy who forgot to put in on the monitor screen is talking a load of bollocks.
Try starting a session in quick race then quitting the game - restarting and then continue the same session. The weather will be different almost every time.

Same in Championship, and the guy who said that was Lozzy. Maybe they should look for the guy who did F1 2013. Works OK there.

Well going by the logic that the game cannot save what state the weather is, what is the point of showing the forecast for the weekend?

Bit of a senior moment for me there. You of course have a very good point.
